Karapatan (Rights), Tungkulin (Duties) at Obligasyon (Obligation) natin sa ating mahal na kapatiran.

Ano-ano nga po ba ang mga ito? Alam po ba natin ang mga ito? Ang bawat isa po sa atin ay meron mga Karapatan (Rights) at meron din po tayong mga Tungkulin (Duties) at Obligasyon (Obligation) sa ating mahal na kapatiran na dapa...t din po natin ginagampanan. Ayon po sa sinasaad ng ating Saligang Batas o Constitution and By-Laws sa ilalim ng

 

 

Article VIII. RIGHTS, DUTIES and OBLIGATIONS

SECTION I: Rights. Members of this Order shall be considered as fraternal brothers and sisters and shall enjoy the following rights:

a. All members shall have the right to be addressed as Lord Skeptron, and as such enjoy all the rights and privileges accorded a Skeptron
b. All members shall have the right to the maintenance of his/her personal life
c. All members regardless of rank, age, gender, religion language and status in life shall have equal rights - x x x x x x -

g. Every member shall have the right to vote the candidates of their choice in a fair and honest election, and shall be free from harassment or any form of aggravation - x x x x x -

j. Every member of good standing shall have the right to nominate or be nominated, or be elected in any electoral activities conducted by the chapter or council he belongs or is a registered member


Section II. Obligation - Every member shall have the obligation to perform the following tasks, to wit:

Every member shall always be willing to help his fellow Skeptron, and remain humble
b. Every member shall show respect and courtesy to his fellow Skeptron regardless of age, gender, status in life, and seniority. - x x x x x x -

l. Members must religiously pay his dues, contributions and other financial responsibility to the Order
m. A member must actively participate in the affairs of the Order.

(Para po sa inyong karagdagang kaalaman paki basa na lang po ng iba pang mga probisyon (provision) na nakasaad sa mga nabangit na Seksyon (Section) ng Artikulo (Article) sa inyong mga kopya (copy) ng ating CBL.)

Napakalinaw po ang mga sinasaad ng ating Saligang Batas o Constitution and By-Laws na ang bawat isa po sa atin bilang isang myembro (member) ng ating kapatiran ay may mga napakahalagang mga alituntunin na dapat gampanan. Nawa'y ang atin pong tinalakay ngayong araw na ito ay magbigay linaw sa bawat isa sa atin at ito po ay ating tuparin at magampanan bilang isang tunay na SKEPTRON ng buong puso.

Marami pong salamat sa inyong lahat mga kapatid at mabuhay po tayong lahat!

Mabuhay ang ating pinakamamahal na kapatirang Alpha Kappa Rho!!!
