The dugong-skeptron.blogspot.com is the official blog site of Riyadh Chapter headed by Grandskeptron Brod.  Bro. Cris Maninang and his officer under the supervision of the National Council headed by Grandskeptron Brod. Roger Escote.  This site is a helpful way to disseminate factual information to those brother and sister who are in Riyadh or to anywhere in the world.   To make us connected about programs and future programs, community service and events of Riyadh chapter.

This blog site was made to spread the humanitarian aim of the fraternity and sorority of ALPHA KAPPA RHO, in relation to community involvement programs, participation in other private and non-profit organization, to support peace and unity and most of all to help the nation through servicing those people in need. 

The admin and author's of this site are not liable to members actions so all members who posted comment and leaved messages in the chat room or in the pages are responsible for their own actions.  Anyone who violate any rule's will be subject for trials or disciplinary action.
